Abounding Fellowship is a church plant in Abilene, Texas — grounded in truth, love, and God’s Word, and built on people who take the call to follow Jesus seriously.

Guided by a high view of God and His written Word as our supreme authority, our mission is to equip believers to live holy lives, serve one another, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ — giving all the glory to God.

We’re a new church plant focused on building a community grounded in truth, love, and Scripture. We may not have the full array of programs an established church offers, but our mission centers on a sincere love for others and a passion for studying and living out God’s Word.

Expository preaching is at the heart of our worship — but so are meaningful, personal relationships. Here you’ll find a family of believers eager to know and support one another as we pursue holiness and obedience to Christ.

David and Amy Piearcy are deeply rooted in the philosophy of sola scriptura — Scripture alone as the final authority for faith and practice. With a passion for expository preaching and teaching, David desires to equip the saints for ministry and to uphold God’s Word as central to the life of the church.

His ministry has been marked by a firm commitment to God’s faithfulness, having witnessed the power of Scripture to transform lives and strengthen churches. Whether teaching on Sundays or encouraging others midweek, he proclaims the truth of God’s Word with clarity and conviction.
