Overview

Abounding Fellowship offers an optional text-messaging program to help members and participants stay connected with the life of the church. This page explains how you opt in, what messages you will receive, and how you can opt out. Participation is always voluntary.

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box in the sign-up form above (also reachable by scanning our in-service QR code). Consent is collected directly from you, the individual. We never purchase, rent, or message third-party contact lists. The consent checkbox reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from Abounding Fellowship (service & event reminders, volunteer scheduling, giving receipts, and pastoral care) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Providing your number is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. Consent to receive texts is separate from simply having your number listed in our member directory, and separate from our Terms and Privacy Policy.

What Messages You Will Receive

• Service and event reminders
• Volunteer and serving-schedule notifications
• Group and ministry updates
• Giving receipts and confirmations
• Pastoral-care and follow-up messages

All messages are mission-oriented and non-commercial. Message frequency varies based on church activity and your involvement.

Cost

Abounding Fellowship does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at info@aboundingfellowship.com or 325-513-4714.

Your Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
