Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and communication services provided by Abounding Fellowship ("we," "us," or "our"). Use of Our Services

Our services are provided to support the ministry, communication, and community life of Abounding Fellowship. You agree to use them lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Abounding Fellowship offers an optional text-messaging program to keep members and participants informed. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program description: You will receive text messages related to church life, including service and event reminders, volunteer scheduling, giving receipts and confirmations, group and ministry updates, and pastoral-care follow-ups.
• Opt-in / consent: You opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a form within our church website or member application. We only message individuals who have given this consent; we never purchase or message rented contact lists.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on church activity and your involvement.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Abounding Fellowship does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@aboundingfellowship.com or 325-513-4714.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Opt-In Policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

Content provided through our services, including sermons, articles, and resources, is for the edification of our community. Unless otherwise noted, it may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abounding Fellowship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications.
